1. You can now fill all the cells in one form and submit once.
2. Fill in the required information.
3. To add cell report, click ADD ROW and fill in the details of the cell, continue until you are done with all cells.
4. Remember to provide your email address, so you can receive a copy of the report you are submitting.
5. Click Submit.
